Flammable solids

3.—(1) A vehicle carrying the goods UN 3175 SOLIDS CONTAINING FLAMMABLE LIQUID, N.O.S.*—

(a)may be open, provided it is sheeted; and

(b)shall have adequate ventilation.

(2) Suitable measures shall be taken to ensure that where a vehicle is carrying the goods referred to in sub-paragraph (1), none of those goods, particularly any liquid components thereof, can escape.
