8. Regulations 12(1) and 13 shall only apply to and in relation to the carriage of dangerous goods in a package where the mass or volume exceeds the number specified in column 2 of Table 2 in Schedule 1 opposite the entry in column 1 of that Table for the appropriate transport category of those goods.
