The Secretary of State, in pursuance of Article 3(2) of the Public Order (Northern Ireland) Order 1987(1) hereby makes the following regulations:—
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Order (Prescribed Form) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 9th May 1997.
2. Advance notice of a public procession shall be given in the Form in the Schedule.

This Regulation prescribes the form for notice of a public procession as required by Article 3(2) of the Public Order (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997.
