Amendment of the Workmen’s Compensation (Supplementation) Regulations
2. For regulation 15 of the Workmen’s Compensation (Supplementation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1983(1) (sums not payable when delay in claiming) there shall be substituted the following regulation—
“15. An allowance shall not be payable to any person in respect of any period more than 3 months before the claim for the allowance is made.”.
