Amendment of the Education (Assessment Arrangements for Key Stage 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996
2. In the Education (Assessment Arrangements for Key Stage 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) Article 3 (Interpretation) shall be amended as follows—
(a)in the definition of “attainment target” for the words “in Part 1 of the Schedule” there shall be substituted “in Part 2 of the Schedule”;
(b)in the definition of “level descriptions” for the words “in Part 2 of the Schedule” there shall be substituted “in Part 1 of the Schedule”.
