The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 171(4) of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 to the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19922 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel, hereby makes the following Regulations:
