Amendment of the Health and Social Services Trusts (Exercise of Functions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994
2. The Schedule to the Health and Social Services Trusts (Exercise of Functions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(1) shall be amended as follows—
in the second column (Relevant functions of Health and Social Services Board), opposite the reference to the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972(2), after “15,” there shall be inserted “15A,”.
