Coming into operation in accordance with Article 1(1)
Whereas the Secretary of State has made an Order(1) under sections 150 and 189(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992(2):
Now, therefore, the Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 132 and 165(1) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(3) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
