Vehicles used for experiments or trials
9. The Department authorises the use on roads of vehicles in or in connection with the conduct of experiments or trials under Article 7 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993(1) notwithstanding that such vehicles do not comply in all respects with the requirements of the Construction and Use Regulations.
