Amendment of the Statutory Maternity Pay (Compensation of Employers) and Miscellaneous Amendment Regulations

2.  In regulation 3 of the Statutory Maternity Pay (Compensation of Employers) and Miscellaneous Amendment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(1) (amount of additional payment to which a small employer shall be entitled)—

(a) for “6th April 1995” there shall be substituted “6th April 1996”;

(b) for “5 per cent.” there shall be substituted “5·5 per cent.”.
