15. There shall be added as—
(a)paragraph 48 of Schedule 4 to the Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) (capital to be disregarded);
(b)paragraph 49 of Schedule 3 to the Family Credit (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(2) (capital to be disregarded); and
(c)paragraph 50 of Schedule 5 to the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(3) (capital to be disregarded),
the following paragraph—
“The amount of any child maintenance bonus payable by way of a jobseeker’s allowance or income support in accordance with Article 4 of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, or a corresponding payment under section 10 of the Child Support Act 1995(4), but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of receipt.”.
