The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 132(4)(b) and 171(1) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1), sections 5(1)(q), 69(8), 74(2) and 165(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(2) and Articles 4 and 19(1) of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(3) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, by this statutory rule, which contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, Article 4 of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, hereby makes the following Regulations:
