Amendment of the Personal and Occupational Pension Schemes (Perpetuities) Regulations

3.  In regulation 4 of the Personal and Occupational Pension Schemes (Perpetuities) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1990(1) (schemes that cease to qualify under section 159 of the Act) for “Occupational Pensions Board consider” there shall be substituted “Department considers”.
