Alteration of the designated area
2.—(1) The area of land designated by Article 2 of the Laganside Development Designation Order (Northern Ireland) 1989(1) is hereby altered so as to include the 5 areas shown on the deposited map.
(2) The boundaries of the 5 areas included by virtue of paragraph (1) are shown on the deposited map by red lines and extend to the outside of those lines.
(3) In this Article “the deposited map” means the map prepared in duplicate marked “Map referred to in the Laganside Development (Alteration of Designated Area) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996” and signed by an Assistant Secretary in the Department of the Environment, one duplicate of which is available for inspection at the office of the Department known as the Belfast Development Office, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Belfast, and the other duplicate of which is available for inspection at the office of the Laganside Corporation, 15 Clarendon Road, Belfast.
