Regulations 1(3) and 5

SCHEDULE 2Amendments to Schedule 1 having effect from 1st September 1996

1.  In Schedule 1—

(a)for the table in paragraph 1 there shall be substituted the following table:

Balance of parental incomeMaintenance allowance payable for full year
Not exceeding £3,910647
Exceeding £3,910 but not exceeding £4,749497
Exceeding £4,749 but not exceeding £5,586373
Exceeding £5,586 but not exceeding £6,423249
Exceeding £6,423 but not exceeding £7,262125

(b)in paragraph 2(1)(a) for the figure “£596” there shall be substituted “£611”;

(c)in paragraph 2(1)(b) for the figure “£974” there shall be substituted “£999”.
