The Secretary of State, in pursuance of section 26 of the Police Act (Northern Ireland) 1970(1), read with section 18 of the Administrative and Financial Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1962(2), and after consulting, in accordance with section 34(2) of the said Act of 1970, the Police Authority and the Police Association, hereby makes the following regulations:—
