2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Code of Practice on the Rights of Access to Goods, Facilities, Services and Premises (ISBN 0337 37109 1), issued by the Department of Health and Social Services under section 51(2)(1) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 on 2nd December 1996, is 2nd December 1996.
