Amendment of the Child Support (Arrears, Interest and Adjustment of Maintenance Assessments) Regulations
52. In regulation 10(2) of the Child Support (Arrears, Interest and Adjustment of Maintenance Assessments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) (adjustment of the amount payable under a maintenance assessment) after “subsequently” there shall be inserted “revised as a result of a departure direction having been given or”.
