Revocations
5. The following provisions are hereby revoked—
(a)regulation 4 of the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(1);
(b)sub-paragraphs (7) and (10), in so far as they relate to regulation 14 of the Personal Pension Schemes (Appropriate Schemes) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1988, and (13) of paragraph 19 of Schedule 2 to the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Consequential Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(2).
