Amendments of regulations

2.  In Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations, for paragraph (1) there shall be substituted—

“(1) Subject to paragraph (5), for each hearing of any matter before a tribunal the chairman shall be the President or Vice-President or a person selected by the President or Vice-President from the panel of chairmen”.
