Exceptions to application of the Regulations
12. These Regulations shall not apply in the case of a child who is being provided with accommodation, otherwise than on behalf of an authority or voluntary organisation in a school (as defined in Article 2(2) of the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1986(1)).
