Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the One-Way Traffic (Ballymena) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 13th May 1996.
Amendment
2. The Schedule to the One-Way Traffic (Ballymena) Order (Northern Ireland) 1982(1) shall be amended by the addition thereto of the following items—

| Henry Street, from its junction with Queen Street to its junction with Gilmore Street | South-easterly from Queen Street |
| Queen Street, from its junction with Gilmore Street to its junction with Henry Street | Northerly from Gilmore Street” |
