The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 35(4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1988(1), hereby makes the following Order:—

1988 c. 33; section 35 was amended by paragraph 34 of Schedule 9 to the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (c. 33)
