The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Public Records Act (Northern Ireland) 1923(1) and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974(2) and now vested in it(3) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:—
