Revocation
19.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Specified Bovine Material (Treatment and Disposal) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) (“the 1996 Regulations”) and the Specified Bovine Material (Treatment and Disposal) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(2) are hereby revoked.
(2) Any approval granted under any provision of the 1996 Regulations shall continue to operate as if granted under the equivalent provision of these Regulations.
(3) Any premises registered under and for the purposes of any provision of the 1996 Regulations shall continue to be so registered under and for the purposes of the equivalent provision of these Regulations
