Transitional provisions and revocations
18.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) the Specified Bovine Material Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) and the Specified Bovine Material (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(2) are hereby revoked.
(2) Any approval granted under any provision of the Specified Bovine Material Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 shall continue to operate as if granted under the equivalent provision of this Order.
