The Department of Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 31(2) and (3), 42(3) and (6) and 137(5) of the Education Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 1989(1) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and after consulting as required by Article 31(4) of that Order, hereby makes the following Regulations:

S.I. 1989/2406 (N.I. 20) to which there are amendments not relevant to the subject matter of these Regulations
