Amendment of the Royal Ulster Constabulary (Discipline and Disciplinary Appeals) Regulations 1988
2. Paragraph 3 (disobedience to orders) of Schedule 1 to the Royal Ulster Constabulary (Discipline and Disciplinary Appeals) Regulations 1988(1) shall be amended by substituting for sub-paragraph (c) the following sub-paragraph—
“(c)fails to comply with any requirement of a code of practice for the time being in force and issued under Article 60 or 65 of the Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989(2), made under section 52 or 53 of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1996(3) or having effect as if made under section 52 of that Act of 1996(4).”.
