Amendment of regulation 95 of the principal Regulations
17. In regulation 95(4A) of the principal Regulations (withholding of benefit)(1) after “income support” in the first place where it occurs there shall be inserted “or an income-based jobseeker’s allowance” and in the second place where it occurs there shall be inserted “or income-based jobseeker’s allowance”.
