These Rules prescribe the procedure to be followed on applications under the Domestic Proceedings (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 and taking into account the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995.
The Magistrates' Courts (Domestic Proceedings) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1980 [S.R. 1980 No. 371 as amended by S.R. 1989 No. 303; S.R. 1993 No. 138 and S.R. 1993 No. 364] are revoked.
