Direction to an education and library board
30.—(1) For the purpose of paragraph 6 of Schedule 13 to the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1986(1) a direction to an education and libraries board to apply for an education supervision order shall be in Form C35A.
(2) Where, following such a direction the education and library board informs the court that they have decided not to apply for an education supervision order, they shall do so in writing.
