Transitional provisions
3.—(1) Article 3 of the 1995 Order shall apply to persons taken to a police station from a custodial establishment in pursuance of a direction under section 16 of the Prison Act (Northern Ireland) 1953(1), notwithstanding that the direction was made before the appointed day.
(2) Article 4 of the 1995 Order shall apply notwithstanding that the person was unlawfully at large before the appointed day.
