2. For Regulation 3 of the Juvenile Courts and Assessors for County Courts Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1979(1) there shall be substituted the following Regulation—
“3.—(1) A juvenile court shall be constituted for each petty sessions district in Northern Ireland and, subject to paragraph (2), shall have jurisdiction in the petty sessions district for which it is constituted.
(2) Where a juvenile court is sitting for the purpose of exercising any jurisdiction conferred by or under the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 it shall have jurisdiction throughout the county court division in which it is situated.”.
