This Order which revokes the Registration of Deeds (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 1995, specifies the fees to be taken in respect of documents lodged for Registration in the Registry of Deeds and for other work carried out by that registry.
The main changes effected by the Order are:—
(a)A fee of £4·00 has been provided for the entry of the vacation of a registration by the judgment, decree or order of a Court, Court Certificate or other certificate; and
(b)A fee of £4·00 has been provided for the entry of the vacation of a bankrupt’s rights of occupation where such rights have been vacated as a result of an affidavit made by the bankrupt under regulation 8(5)(c) of the Insolvency (Registration of Deeds) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991.
