Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Deeds (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 8th August 1996.
Interpretation
2. In this Order—
“Matrimonial Charges Index” has the same meaning as in regulation 3(2) of the Matrimonial Charges Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1989(1);
“order charging land” has the same meaning as in Article 46(1) of the Judgements Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(2).
Fees
3. The fees to be taken in the registry of deeds in respect of the matters set out in column 1 of the Schedule shall be those set out opposite thereto in column 2 of that Schedule.
Revocation
4. The Registration of Deeds (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 1995(3) is hereby revoked.
