1. This Order may be cited as the Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 5th August 1996.
2. The Planning (Use Classes) Order (Northern Ireland) 1989(1) is amended as follows—
(a)in Class 5 (General Industrial) of the Schedule, omit “or Classes 7 to 10”; and
(b)omit Classes 7 to 10 (Special Industrial) of the Schedule.
