Amendment

2.  The Planning (Use Classes) Order (Northern Ireland) 1989(1) is amended as follows—

(a) in Class 5 (General Industrial) of the Schedule, omit “or Classes 7 to 10”; and

(b) omit Classes 7 to 10 (Special Industrial) of the Schedule.
