Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Seed Potatoes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 22nd July 1996.
Amendment of the Seed Potatoes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1981
2. In the Seed Potatoes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1981(1) in Schedule 4, Part III (Marking of packages and containers for basic seed potatoes exported from Northern Ireland) paragraph 3(d) shall be deleted.
