Citation and commencement
1. These bye-laws may be cited as the On-Street Parking (Amendment) Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st July 1996.
Bye-Laws amended
2. The On-Street Parking Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) shall be amended by the substitution for Part 4 of the Schedule of the Scale of Charges set out in the Schedule to these bye-laws.
