Amendment of the establishment order
2.—(1) The Sperrin Lakeland Health and Social Services Trust (Establishment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For paragraph 2(b) of Article 3 (nature and functions of the trust) there shall be substituted—
“(b)to manage community-based health and personal social services provided from Sperrin Lakeland Health and Social Services Trust, Strathdene House, Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital, Omagh, Co. Tyrone, BT79 0NS and to own those and any associated premises; and”.
