Amendment of Schedules 3A and 3B to the principal Regulations
25. In Schedules 3A and 3B to the principal Regulations(1) (protected sum) in the definition of “protected sum” in paragraph 1(1) of each Schedule after “under this Schedule” there shall be inserted “or by virtue of regulation 87(2) of the Jobseekers Allowance (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1996(2)”.
