The Income Support (General) (Jobseeker’s Allowance Consequential Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996

Coming into operation in accordance with regulation 1(1) and (2)

The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 39 of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(1) and sections 122(1)(a) and 123(1)(e) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(2) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, by this statutory rule, which contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, Article 39(1) of that Order and section 123(1)(e) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
