Amendment of the principal Regulations

5.  In regulation 5 of the principal regulations (Penalty):—

(a) in paragraph (a) for “£25·00” there shall be substituted “£50”;

(b) in paragraph (c) for “£5·00” there shall be substituted “£10”.
