Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Regulations.)
These Regulations amend the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994 (S.R. 1994 No. 202) by increasing fees payable in respect of:—
(a)registration as a pharmaceutical chemist and as a student (regulation 2);
(b)restoration of a person’s name to the register (regulation 3);
(c)retention fees payable in respect of members of the Society (regulation 4);
(d)penalty for default in payment of the retention fee (regulation 5);
(e)issue of a further certificate of registration where original certificate is lost or destroyed (regulation 6).
