Coming into operation
WHEREAS the Department of the Environment has published a notice in compliance with Article 23(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 19811;
AND WHEREAS no objection or representation has been received;
NOW THEREFORE the Department, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 21(1) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the One-Way Traffic (Omagh) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 27th May 1996.
Amendment2
Schedule 2 to the One-Way Traffic (Omagh) Order (Northern Ireland) 19862 shall be amended by the substitution for the items relating to Market Street and Scarffe’s Entry of the following items—
