12.  In relation to the Statutory Charges Register, the fees set out in this paragraph shall be payable in respect of the following matters—

(e) personal search, entitling the person to search, in one day only, in— (i) the indices to the Statutory Charges Register and any one part of that Register, and

(f) search applied for by telephone or fax in accordance with rule 216	... ... ... ...	£5·00
(g) copy of or extract from the Statutory Charges Register excluding the statutory charges map— (i) where the copy does not exceed four pages	... ... ... ...	£4·00
