This Order provides new maximum limits on the amount of grant which the Northern Ireland Housing Executive may pay as follows—
1. In respect of an application for renovation grant, disabled facilities grant and common parts grant specified in Article 39(2)(a)(b)(c) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 the amount of the grant is reduced from £50,000 to £20,000; and
2. In respect of an application for the HMO grant specified in the said Article 39(2)(d) and an application for replacement grant under Article 73 of that Order the Amount of the grant which the Executive may pay is reduced from £50,000 to £30,000.
Regulation 4 revokes the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Grant Limit) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993.
