1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Repairs Grants (Eligible Expense) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the Order” means the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992; and
“owner” has the meaning assigned to it by Section 2 of the Public Health (Ireland) Act 1878(1).
