Amendment of Article 25 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995

2.  In Article 25 (payments in respect of applicants for exemption from wearing seat belts) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, in paragraph (2)(b), after the words “income support,” there shall be inserted the words “an income-based jobseeker’s allowance within the meaning of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995,”(1).
