These Regulations further amend the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992 by—
(a)reducing the fee payable for an inspection of an individual vehicle in connection with the issue of an approval certificate, from £154·00 to £140·00 and an inspection carried out following the refusal of an approval certificate, from £82·00 to £70·00; and
(b)increasing the fee payable for a duplicate certificate, from £8·80 to £9·00.
The International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 are revoked as a consequence of these Regulations.
